The first four characteristics of successful job seekers

Some people seem to get a new job quite easily, while others seem to get stuck. Why some people JOB FEES, instead of always SEEKING?

After talking with many job seekers through the years, I've identified some of the characteristics of those who succeed. Here are in no way:

1) Resistance. people who have managed to not give up. They HA. They can get depressed and disappointed, even have moments of desperation. Still they continue. Their mood does not determine their actions. They recognise that this may be a long journey, and they are committed to doing whatever is necessary to get this job. Not only do they remain in taking action, but they are in accordance with action taken. Every day, they do something to the desired work. It may be small or large, the most important thing is taking action to send energy to the desired intention. Since Winston Churchill says to the graduating class during the second world war, "never give up! Never surrenders! Never give up! "

2) trust. Successful job seekers think of themselves as job fees-that is just a matter of time before they want the project to the ground. They have confidence that they will find this work. Of course they have doubts and fears and, but not those who control them. Successful job fees shall take such action, while acknowledging their feelings. I often put my arm around my fear and said "come on, fear! Let's get going. Will, however, so come for the driver. "and I find it miraculously that fear or abates, or leaving entirely. What I need is the assurance that I will be able to survive the harsh experience. Can I find great content on my confidence in my ability to take care of yourself, you must select themselves and return there.

3) Flexibility. Project fees adapt their approach and attitudes, on the basis of what works. They achieve their goal of going "over, under, around or through". If the first approach does not work, they Try another. They ask for assistance from experts and from people who have succeeded in finding work. They understand that they do not know everything and are ready to learn. The words "I know that" are the three most dangerous in the world, because they isolated training and openness to improvement. Nothing is ever perfect, so why not listen and take the suggestion? Other dangerous phrase is "already tried this." Well, you can have, but perhaps you can do it again with new information, tools, skills and context.

4) Focus. Project fees are focused on the intention to get the right job for them and are determined to achieve it, they are specific to what you want, write it to paste it in the world and make it concrete. They operate their action, intention aligned with reach. With this focus new actions and roads become known to them. They tend to increase outside their comfort zone in order to realize his intention. Opportunities are displayed, as they regarded the world in terms of the lens of their purpose.

Do you have these qualities? If so, then you know it is only a matter of time. If not, work on the development of these qualities and you choose to be positive for job search.
